By installing or using Numby, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Numby on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Google Play at the prices shown at purchase time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. The lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew. Refunds are handled by Google per Google Play’s refund policies; we cannot process payments or refunds directly.
You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source from Numby. You will not use the app to harass others, attempt to circumvent ads or paywalls, or violate any applicable law.
Artworks and coloring progress you create are yours and are stored only on your device — we run no servers and never receive a copy. Note this also means we cannot recover them: uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently deletes your artwork.
Free users may see banner and full-screen ads, and generating new artworks requires watching rewarded ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob (see the Privacy Policy). Premium users do not see ads.
Numby is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $20 if you are a free user.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
